What's in it and why

Proteins

  • Whey Protein Isolate

    This is the purest form of whey protein, which we use as our main source, since it’s quickly absorbed and excellent for muscle recovery.

  • Micellar Casein

    A form of milk protein, this takes longer to digest than whey, so it helps you stay full.

  • Plant Protein Blend

    Made from pea, rice, and hemp protein, this mixture delivers a balance of all of your essential amino acids.

  • BCAAs

    BCAAs, or Branched Chain Amino Acids, aid in muscle recovery to help you rebuild after a tough workout.

Vitamins and Minerals

  • Vitamin D3

    Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium. It’s also good for bone health and reduces inflammation. Our sources include both cholecalciferol and ergocalciferol.

  • Vitamin C

    Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, has many roles in the body, including making collagen for healing wounds, helping you absorb iron, and working as an antioxidant to protect cells from free radicals that can do damage.

  • Vitamin B12

    Cyanocobalamin, or vitamin B12, keeps nerve and blood cells healthy and helps your body produce DNA. It's usually low in plant-based diets, so it's one of our top ingredients for vegans and vegetarians.

  • Folic Acid

    Folic acid is important for everyone for proper cell division, especially women of childbearing age.

  • Iron

    In the form of ferrous fumarate, iron helps transfer oxygen throughout your body. Both women and those following a plant-based diet, often have a deficiency.

  • Carrots
