  • Which liquids can I mix nourish with my meal replacement?

    You can mix your meal replacement with any liquid you’d like, but we recommend water, dairy milk, or non-dairy milk. Our personal favorites are unsweetened almond and coconut milk!

  • What are the flavor choices?

    We currently offer chocolate and vanilla.

  • Why are there so many ingredients?

    Many of the ingredients are fruits, vegetables, and vitamins and minerals we add. Every ingredient is added for a purpose. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

  • Will my meal replacement taste like vitamins?

    Not at all. While our meal replacement is loaded with vitamins and minerals, we know you don’t want to taste them. Your mix will only taste like one of our delicious flavors—chocolate or vanilla.

  • Can I consume while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before consuming, since every person is different.

  • What's the background of your nutrition team?

    We have a dedicated group of registered dietitians, expert nutritionists, personal trainers, and exercise scientists. They're the best in the business and every decision they make is with you in mind.

  • What made you want to create a meal replacement?

    Our expert iFit Nutrition team wanted to create a convenient nutrition option that wasn't just "healthy." We wanted to provide everything your body needs, which is why our meal replacement contains essential nutrients, including up to 14 different fruits and veggies, pure protein, and 25 vitamins and minerals.

  • I'm allergic to dairy. Do you offer a dairy-free option?

    Yes! If you're allergic to dairy (or have a soy intolerance), our Plant Based mix is a great option. All of our meal replacements are gluten free, too!

  • Is your packaging BPA-free?


  • Can this replace my multivitamin?

    Yes! Most multivitamins only have 10–15 vitamins and minerals, but our meal replacement has 25 and only contains the quantities that you need.

  • When should I take my meal replacement?

    We recommend replacing one meal a day with your meal replacement, whether that's breakfast, lunch, or dinner! You can also take the Build and Tone mix post workout.

  • How many scoops are in a serving?

    There are two scoops in a serving.

  • Do you take into account the nutrients from my daily food intake?

    Yes! Our meal replacement contains the nutrients you need, but not 100% of every nutrient. The rest should come from healthy meals throughout the day.

  • What's the Prop 65 warning?

    Our products go through intensive quality and testing procedures. All personalized formulas are safe for consumption and fall well under the FDA thresholds for heavy metals and all chemicals listed in Prop 65. We will never add heavy metals or any toxic substances to our products.

    Naturally farmed plants and herbs actually absorb metals and other trace chemicals from the soil while they're growing. To preserve the wonderful nutritional benefits of our ingredients, the natural (and often organic) method of growth means that they'll also include the naturally occurring heavy metals that come from the rich soil.

    Prop 65 doesn't ban any products from being sold in California—it simply requires broad warnings about the listed ingredients inside of our products. There's not another state that has a similar warning.


  • How does the subscription work?

    You'll be billed once a month and receive one bag (15 servings) every month.

  • When will I be billed?

    You'll be billed when you sign up, then once every 30 days.

  • Can I skip a month of shipments if I haven't finished my supply yet?

    Yes! You can always choose to skip a month. Simply log in to your account and adjust your settings.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes, you can cancel at any time. Simply log in to your account and cancel from your settings. If you'd rather slow your shipments instead, you can also choose to skip a month.

  • What's your return policy?

    If you don't love your meal replacement after 30 days, we'll refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). Don't worry about shipping it back to us—it's yours to have! Keep in mind that our refund policy only applies to the first month of your subscription.


  • How frequently will I receive shipments?

    Our meal replacement is set up as a monthly subscription service. You'll receive one shipment with one bag of 15 servings every month.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    No, unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time—only physical addresses.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we can only ship to addresses in the United States.

  • How long will it take for my first shipment to arrive?

    Your first shipment should arrive within 3 business days of placing your order.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can track your order by the UPS tracking number in your confirmation email.

  • Which courier do you use?

    We ship all of our packages through UPS.
